I'm over the moon cause having a cat of my own has literally been a dream of mine for ages (but haven't been the right opportunity until now). I'm visiting the breeder this sunday to see which of the kittens I connect with. I will also have to travel a bit (cause they are about 4h away by train and 5h by car) but honestly worth it cause I really felt a vibe with this breeder in particular so 🤍

Is buying Rawz can wet food more economical than Viva Raw cat food? I have my cats on Viva Raw and it's becoming too expensive. Is there a substantial difference in nutrient quality between the two? I was also wondering what percentage of carbs Rawz can wet food has. I truly appreciate your response.

One of our boys generally keeps his whiskers pretty 'flat' and tucked close. Don't think its a sign of discomfort or stress though, he's just a bit of an odd duck with what would be consider 'neutral' for him. Our other lad, when his whiskers go forward they go soooo far forward its kinda amazing.

My coonie's whiskers have been and continue to be very long. I've said since we got Lizzie May at 15 wks that if she grows into her whiskers that she's gonna be a very big girl. And at 15 mos, I'm still saying that. She's very long bodied and very tall. She's a little over 13 Lbs right now and has not begun to fill out yet. She was the runt, but no more. Our raggies are 14 lbs for the male and 13 1/4 lb for the female. She needs to lose at least a lb. Toby has finally filled out at age 4. His whiskers are long but not as long as the coonie's whiskers. I get led to the kitchen with 2 flying fluffy tails. Hazel Rose, the female raggie trails along, behind us. Life is never dull at our house. We have 3 large cat trees for them. Watching them chase each other up and down those trees is hilarious. Give your kitties a pet from me and our kitties. Any tips for a kitten who was recently neutered? I have a 7 month grey kitten who was neutered today. His 4 year old bestie was so happy he was home. Wanted to comfort his usually energetic friend. But wanted to play. So I had to separate the small boy to the bathroom with food, litter box and water. They both hate it. Both cats have been crying because of the separation. Any tips on making this a little easier for them? The boys are extremely close.

You can get a decent brush or two at the dollar store.

The first time I met my friends cat Mooch, he was yards away, and walking off..... Me: You have a Norwegian Forest Cat?! Kate: Yes...how did you know? Me: because other than NFC's, only "Thylvethter" has a white-tipped tail...and he ain't Sylvester. Kate: No, but he LOVES to watch the birdies!

Got my sweet girl spayed 4 days ago. It was such a tough decision, because you hear so many things, but anyway. She was in recovery for 3hrs post op, then we got her home, we let her rest in her carrier, after about an hour, we gave her some water and nibbles as she had been fasting all day before surgery. Well post op for 24hrs she was groggy but moved well, ate well, was wanting to climb or jump off things. I assumed her pain meds were doing wonders, but after 36hrs, she started to crouch her walking, she was thinking twice before jumping up on couches, she was sleeping 12hrs a day.😢 But then again, ate well, did use litter well. She has her post surgery garment on to keep her snug and steer away from licking her stitch. Is it normal for the cats to feel pain after 2-3-4 days post op????? Somebody please guide.
